HPS Begumpet Shines at ASISC Zonal Level Declamation Competition 2026
The Hyderabad Public School, Begumpet, had a strong showing at the ASISC Zonal Level Declamation Competition 2026, held on 20th July 2026 at St. Joseph’s Convent School, King Koti, Hyderabad.
The competition brought together talented young speakers from schools across the region. The Sub-Junior and Junior Categories saw participation from 20–25 schools, while eight schools competed in the Senior Category, making it a stimulating platform for students to demonstrate their confidence, clarity of thought, and oratory skills.
Reet Jain (Grade 8G) secured the First Prize in the Sub-Junior Category with a confident and impressive performance. Her achievement has earned her the opportunity to represent HPS Begumpet at the ASISC Regional Level Declamation Competition.
In the Junior Category, Naga Akshith Toleti (Grade 9I) delivered a well-articulated and engaging speech that was warmly received by the audience. His thoughtful content and confident presentation reflected his preparation and enthusiasm for public speaking.
Daksh (Grade 11C) brought further recognition to the school by securing the Third Prize in the Senior Category. His composed delivery and strong stage presence made for a commendable performance in a highly competitive category.
The performances of all three students reflected the confidence, preparation, and communication skills that are nurtured through opportunities to participate, speak, and express ideas on a larger platform. Their efforts and achievements are a source of pride for the HPS Begumpet community.
With Reet Jain now set to represent the school at the ASISC Regional Level Declamation Competition, HPS Begumpet looks forward to cheering her on in the next stage of this journey.
