The Hyderabad Public School flag flew high with pride at the All India IPSC Under-17 Boys’ Football Tournament, hosted by Birla Public School, Pilani, from July 25 to 29. Displaying remarkable teamwork, determination, and resilience, our boys delivered an outstanding performance in the group stages, securing memorable victories against football powerhouses such as The Scindia School and Welham Boys’ School.

A special mention goes to Shaik Abdul Rab of Class 8B, whose exceptional goal-scoring ability saw him find the back of the net on at least five occasions, emerging as the standout performer of the tournament for HPS. Guided by tactical discipline and an unwavering fighting spirit, the team finished as group table toppers and marched confidently into the quarterfinals—an achievement that fills the entire HPS community with immense pride.

More than the victories, this campaign reflected the courage, unity, and never-give-up spirit that define HPS. Every pass, every tackle, and every goal was a testament to the dedication of our young athletes, making this a tournament to remember and a milestone worth celebrating.
