The visit to ISB, Hyderabad was a truly enriching and experiential one. The students had an insightful interaction with Mr. Aalok Thakkar, Assistant Professor at Ashoka University, on the topic “Love AI? But can you trust it?”. The discussion was highly engaging, as students explored whether we can truly rely on AI, how AI algorithms gather and process data, and how educational institutions can identify whether assignments or written submissions are AI-generated or reflect students’ original creativity and critical thinking using various AI models.

The session also provided valuable insights into educational opportunities at Ashoka University, including its interdisciplinary learning approach, emphasis on research, and the importance of developing analytical and ethical thinking skills in today’s AI-driven world. Overall, it was a thought-provoking and inspiring experience for all the students.
