Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours, if not yet shipped. Email: info@jatansint.net with your order ID.

B. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be processed for:

• Duplicate transactions 
• Damaged or incorrect books received 
• Cancellations before dispatch 

C. Non-Refundable Cases

• Orders cancelled post-dispatch 
• Books returned in used or damaged condition 
• Delay due to incorrect address or non-availability 

D. Refund Timelines

Refunds, once approved, will be credited within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.
