On 22nd November, 2025, members of the Interact Club visited Sannihita Girls Orphanage, located in Park Lane, Secunderabad. The orphanage is home to 50 young girls, and with winter approaching, we aimed to bring both comfort and joy through our contributions. As part of our donation drive, we handed over 50 warm blankets, 520 sanitary pads, 200 storybooks for their library, stationery kits and 200 notebooks. 

During the visit, the students spent time interacting with the children, playing games with the younger girls and doing painting activities with the older ones. Their enthusiasm was infectious.  They welcomed us with wide smiles and showed us their dormitories and the spaces they call home. 

The experience left a deep impact on all the students. Their happiness over the simplest things made them pause and reflect on their own lives. Seeing their joy reaffirmed the importance of gratitude and the value of giving back to the community. 

The visit was meaningful, memorable and a powerful reminder of the impact small acts of kindness can create.
