Report on Teacher’s Day Programme
The Teacher’s Day programme was held with utmost enthusiasm and respect towards the teaching fraternity. The programme commenced with a welcome song, which created a warm and cheerful atmosphere. This was followed by the lamp-lighting ceremony, a traditional ritual signifying the removal of ignorance in the form of darkness through education.
Students displayed their abilities with a welcome dance, a tableau, and a solo by Gouri, all demonstrating creativity and diligence. A drama was performed, introducing a touch of entertainment and reflection. The crowning glory of the function was a dynamic flash mob, which injected vibrancy into the celebration.
A short video presentation also communicated thanks to the teachers, following which the event was brought to an end with a vote of thanks, valuing the work of teachers and participants both. The addition of the Wish Wall was a creative space where students expressed their gratitude by writing heartfelt messages for their teachers. The Food Carnival added a festive touch with a variety of delicious treats that everyone enjoyed together. The Photo Booth became a lively corner, capturing joyful memories of teachers and students, making the celebration even more special.
The programme not only entertained but also communicated genuine respect for the teachers, and so the occasion was remembered.
