Bagless Day for Class 8 students of the Middle School
The bagless day was scheduled for August 18, for Class 8 students as a journey into Experiential Learning and Creative Exploration. The programme builds resilience, teamwork, decision-making, and responsibility. It’s a key to learning life skills that help overall development.
All the sections had a Leadership programme. It was followed by “Earth in Our Hands” (Creative Canvas). It was a creative activity as the students could draw, colour and write slogans to show the protection of our planet against pollution. This was again followed by an outdoor activity by the leadership group.
After the lunch break, a session on Responsible behaviour and Adolescence -Health and wellness was conducted for the students.
The pastoral period was a wrap-up of the day’s events.
Conclusion:
As it was a cloudy day the outdoor session of Aerobics could not be conducted.
