68th ASISC Conference

HPS at the 68th ASISC Annual Conference.

The 68th ASISC Annual Conference (19th to 21st November, 2025) held at Chandigarh this year, brought together educators and school leaders from the ICSE and ISC schools across India to deliberate on emerging educational priorities.  Ms. Bharathi Duvvuri, Coordinator – Preparatory Years, and Ms. K. Latha Madhuri, Head of the Math Department,  represented our school at  this prestigious conference.

The conference was themed ‘Leaders for Transformative Learning’.

Key sessions focused on NEP 2020 implementation, digital transformation, inclusive school ecosystems, and leadership strategies for future-ready institutions.

A deeply impactful session titled “Child Against Child Abuse” sensitised educators to the importance of empathy, early detection of distress, and building safe spaces for children. Another vital session covered the POCSO Act, strengthening awareness of legal frameworks, reporting protocols, and the safeguarding responsibilities of schools.

The conference also featured an insightful discussion on the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, exploring how AI can support personalised learning, enhance administrative efficiency, and augment teaching methodologies while ensuring ethical and responsible usage.

Interactive workshops offered hands-on strategies related to curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessments aligned with competency-based learning. Both delegates actively participated in these engagements, exchanging ideas with educators from across the country.

The learnings from this conference will further reinforce the school’s commitment to progressive practices, student safety, and forward-looking educational innovation.
